BuildForce Canada plays a key role in supporting the nation’s construction workforce. They provide reliable labour data, insightful industry analysis, and practical tools that guide workforce planning and development. For the 2025 BuildForce Canada annual report, we needed to design something that clearly communicated current labour trends, workforce projections, and broader challenges, while also highlighting the organization’s growing impact.
We focused on keeping the report clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Key stats and insights were designed to stand out with bold visuals and a clear structure that makes the content feel accessible and engaging.
Our approach for the 2025 BuildForce Canada annual report was to design a layout system that brings clarity and rhythm to the content. We kept text-heavy pages clean, structured, and easy to navigate. This approach ensures the information remains accessible and visually organized. To complement this, we designed bold, visually dynamic statistics pages that call attention to key metrics such as course participation, platform reach, and workforce projections.
Produced in both English and French, the BuildForce 2025 Annual Report targets industry leaders, policymakers, and stakeholders throughout the construction sector. The design presents detailed data and notable achievements in a polished, professional format. This supports BuildForce Canada’s mission to inform and influence workforce decisions effectively. The report serves as more than a yearly summary. It also acts as a strategic tool that supports the construction industry’s growth and adaptability, something especially important in a changing labour landscape.
