Commissionaires is Canada’s only national, not-for-profit security organization. They provide meaningful employment to veterans and contribute to the safety and well-being of communities across the country. Their mission is rooted in service, respect, and dedication – values that have shaped their legacy for 100 years.
The Commissionaires 2025 Annual Report celebrates this centennial milestone. It captures the organization’s growth, achievements, and continued commitment to both veterans and Canadians. In addition to showcasing the year’s highlights, this edition places special emphasis on their proud history and core values. By reflecting on the past while looking ahead, the report tells a compelling story of continuity, progress, and purpose.
Our goal was to design a unique and interesting report, that demonstrates the fundamental values of Commissionaires. The 2025 Annual Report is a bold and engaging showcase of Commissionaires’ heritage. It us a thoughtful balance of modern insights and historical context that creates a dynamic, informative experience that honours their legacy while looking to the future.
The report includes smaller pages within the letter-sized spreads, to highlight key information and separate French and English content. This layout keeps the languages within the report distinct and easy to navigate, allowing important details to stand out without overwhelming the main pages. Images placed along the sides of the full-size pages feature bilingual captions, ensuring they remain visible throughout. Bold, large headings guide readers through the report, reinforcing the Commissionaires brand. The typography system is assertive yet elegant, improving legibility and rhythm. From cover to close, the Commissionaires 2025 Annual Report reflects a balance of heritage and progress. It conveys reliability, purpose, and evolution – just like the organization it represents.
