BuildForce Canada plays a key role in supporting the nation’s construction workforce. They provide reliable labour data, insightful industry analysis, and practical tools that guide workforce planning and development.  Their goal is to ensure that the construction sector remains competitive, sustainable, and adaptive to future challenges.

We partnered with BuildForce Canada to create a digital series focused on construction labour market insights (LMI). Our main objective was to translate complex data into clear and accessible content. This content needed to be easily understood by a wide range of stakeholders. The BuildForce Canada LMI 2025 series highlights key workforce trends, emerging opportunities, and the changing needs within the construction industry. As a result, it helps decision-makers plan strategically for the future and build a resilient workforce.

Future-driven

We developed a series of documents tailored for each individual Canadian province, alongside a national report available in both English and French. The goal was to present comprehensive, data-driven insights into Canada’s construction labour market. To achieve this, we focused on clarity and accuracy. This approach ensures that industry professionals, government bodies, and educational institutions can leverage the information effectively for planning and strategy.

The design uses a clean, modern layout that features structured text, detailed charts, and impactful imagery to clearly communicate important data. Additionally, bold colours – primarily orange and red – add vibrancy and align with BuildForce Canada’s branding. A recurring triangle motif ties the series together and nods to strength and growth. The BuildForce Canada LMI 2025 series turns detailed research into practical insights, empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions and address workforce challenges proactively and confidently.
