The primary goal for this website design was to authentically capture and reflect CareerJoy’s identity as an organization. With focuses on expressing the organization’s identity in a way that feels contemporary, trustworthy, and welcoming, the final design delivers a structured, modern interface that improves navigation and supports career exploration. Every decision, from colour palette to typography, reinforces a sense of confidence, clarity, and support.
The new site reflects their branding through both design and content, giving users clear access to key information and resources. Along the way, we focused on accessibility, visual consistency, and thoughtful user journeys. The CareerJoy website redesign supports scalability: the layout allows new tools, articles, or programs to be added easily as their offerings grow.
