// branding, identity
The Labour Market Information Council (LMIC) is a non-profit corporation that helps facilitate decision-making among employers, workers, job-seekers and policy-makers by curating and amalgamating labour market information and making it accessible across the board. They came to us to develop a brand and identity that would reflect their mandate and project a strong image to stakeholders and those who rely on their services.
Project
With the fledgling brand in place, we developed an interim website to act as a hub for the LMIC’s mandate, team, articles and initial publications/findings. We incorporated dots and a network of lines into the design, using them as visual motifs symbolizing information and interconnectivity. Our team applied this approach throughout the website and on print collateral, allowing for a dynamic identity that was both professional and engaging, and that reinforced the new brand.
After the site launch, we developed an interactive mini-site for the LMIC’s Strategic Plan.
Our successful branding helps the LMIC project a face that’s reliable and accessible – and ready to take on the task of analyzing and disseminating Canada’s labour market data.
