The Canadian Nuclear Association (CNA) is a non-profit organization representing the nuclear industry in Canada. They promote the development and growth of nuclear technologies for peaceful purposes. Each year, CNA hosts conferences, trade shows, and seminars, requiring a range of branding and visual communications materials to promote the various events.
CNA’s annual events are valuable tools in inspiring, influencing and educating participants. They provide beneficial networking opportunities and are key in promoting the nuclear industry and its place in our future. The events feature some of the world’s most prolific nuclear leaders, and many noted industry experts from trade, academia and government.
The 2016 conference highlighted the capacity of nuclear energy in achieving Canada’s COP21, GHG reduction targets. We developed a target-like shape to convey the idea of a core. The graded ends within the circles communicate the feeling of drilling down and focusing. The centre represents nuclear technology’s relevancy to our energy supply, our economy, our hospitals, our advanced manufacturing, and our international relations.
