The Canadian Nuclear Association (CNA) is a non-profit organization representing the nuclear industry in Canada. They promote the development and growth of nuclear technologies for peaceful purposes. Each year, CNA hosts conferences, trade shows, and seminars, requiring a range of branding and visual communications materials to promote the various events.
CNA’s annual events are valuable tools in inspiring, influencing and educating participants. They provide beneficial networking opportunities and are key in promoting the nuclear industry and its place in our future. The events feature some of the world’s most prolific nuclear leaders, and many noted industry experts from trade, academia and government.
The 2015 conference took a critical look at Canada’s GHG emissions and how nuclear can reduce emissions to a stable level. We designed two arrows encircling one another in light and dark shades of blue, the graded ends reminiscent of turning down a thermostat. The circle represents global awareness, and the arrows pointing to one another depict the call for collaborative strategies in the energy sector to improve destructive environmental trends.
